1. No Refund After Digital Delivery
All our services and products are digitally delivered via email, cloud storage links, or other electronic means.
Once a service has been provided or a digital file has been sent or made accessible to you, we cannot offer a full refund, as the product or service is considered delivered and non-returnable.
2. Partial Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial refund only in the following cases:
If there is a technical issue with the delivered file (e.g., corrupted, inaccessible, or missing content).
If a portion of the purchased service was not completed or delivered as described.
If a duplicate payment was made in error.
To qualify for a partial refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@webteldigital.com, clearly explaining the issue and attaching any relevant proof (such as screenshots or file-access issues).
3. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Completed services that were performed and delivered as agreed.
Downloadable guides, eBooks, or digital resources that have already been accessed or sent via email.
Any product or service offered as part of a special deal, discount, or bundle.
4. Resolution Process
Once your request is reviewed, our team will assess the situation and, if approved, process a partial refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
